I'm trying to move to the Elmwood area and I'm having a hell of a time finding an apartment. I'm a professional, single, female in my mid-twenties. I need to find something that isn't more then $700 and is still safe. 1 or 2 bedrooms...doesn't matter.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone had any info!

See If I knew ya I would make a joke about how I'm looking for a "Professional" Girlfriend to move in with me, but since I don't know you I won't go there. What I will say is welcome to the site and the Artvoice is a good place to look and in some of those boxes on Elmwood there is an apartment paper but not sure how often it comes out.
Whatever you do do not rent an apartment from Peter Singer. Do a search of his name on estrip and you'll find out how he has ripped off many people in Buffalo! Good luck w your search.
I'm surprised none of the guys has offered his bedroom.

Check artvoice. $700 is more than enough to find a decent 1-2 BR in a decent neighborhood.
